Heat pump servicing, done properly
Air source, ground source and exhaust air heat pumps, serviced by Heat Pump Tech. Covering Yorkshire, the North West, the Midlands and the East Coast.
A heat pump that is serviced every year runs more efficiently, is less likely to fail when you need it most, and is easier to keep covered by its warranty. Heat Pump Tech services air source, ground source and exhaust air heat pumps of all makes, from our base in Sherburn in Elmet.
We are installers as well as service engineers, so we know how these systems are meant to run and what to look for when they are not.

Why service your heat pump every year
- Efficiency. Dirt, wear and misalignment make a unit work harder, which shows up on your energy bill.
- Fewer breakdowns. Small faults are found and fixed before they turn into a failure in the middle of winter.
- Warranty. Many manufacturers expect regular servicing as a condition of their warranty. Check yours, and keep the report we give you.
- Even if you switch it off. If you run your system only for hot water, or turn it off in summer, components can still degrade, so it still needs checking.
The best time to book is the summer, when engineers have more room in the diary. But a service at any time of year is better than none.

Many manufacturers expect regular servicing to keep a warranty valid. We can provide warranty support where it is required, so ask us about yours.
Yes. Components can degrade even when the system is off, so an annual check is still worthwhile.
Summer, when engineers have more availability. A service at any time of year is better than none.
