The heat pump engineer arrived on time and started work. He was respectful of my property and was excellent at his job. He was very pleasant and when asked explained what he was doing. Heat Pump Tech have helped me with my heat pump both when the compressor failed and when I had a faulty Pressure Relief Valve. They might not be the cheapest but they offer unrivaled knowledge and expertise. Must plumbers and gas engineers know nothing about heat pumps so will be unable to help with heat pumps. Unlike these guys who will quickly resolve your issues.
